Job Analysis:

This is an on-site assessment to determine the physical demands of a job. This includes on-site observation and documentation (with photographs or videos if requested) of job activities, as well as interviews with appropriate individuals (employer, employee, supervisor, union representative). The job analysis report will include specific breakdown of the physical demands of the job and a full description of work activities. The analysis requires 2 to 8 hours, depending on job components.
